Sure, we know the flow control industry inside and out. My dad made sure of it. My name is Lindsay Parsons, and now that dad has retired, I’m the front man running the show. With the same Ralph-approved service that built our 30-year reputation, of course.

You see, we’re a true family-owned, family-operated business with a solid reputation that means the world to us. It’s been that way since Ralph Parsons (a.k.a. Dad) taught me what a knife gate valve was way back when.  I couldn’t even spell it, but I knew all about it. I grew up learning the family business from a man who lived and breathed valves, and who knew that perfect product knowledge and prompt customer service was the backbone of a successful business. With my valve education complete, I went off to earn a university degree in marketing knowing I would be back some day to take ParVal Equipment into the future, while staying true to our history.

Our team believes in our products and our problem solving abilities. My wife keeps things running smoothly in the office. And me? I take care of the customers from as far away as Europe and South America, backed with a knowledgeable team I’m proud to call family whether we’re related or not.
